This spring, Tyler's Grandpa Hergatt flew all of us out to San Jose for his birthday party! Tyler and I lived in San Jose the summer before we got married, so I was especially excited to be able see the city again.
Sadly, I didn't take any pictures of the party, but I got to meet a lot of people, including a couple relatives! It was so nice seeing Tyler's grandpa again!
We flew in on a Thursday to San Jose, but Friday morning is when the fun began! We all piled into Tyler's parents' suburban and drove up to San Francisco to see the sights! Though, we really only had time for Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, then drove down to Baker Beach before heading back to Grandpa's. After getting back, we helped set up his house for the next day's party!
Saturday was the party. We met lots of new people, enjoyed good food, and took some pictures! That night back at the hotel we hung out by the pool. Well, I did. Tyler and his siblings actually went swimming for a bit!

We loved this chair lift thing! We had a lot of fun with it!
